Applies To: Tournament academy registrations only

Cancellation requests must be sent from registered contact email with academy and payment details.

If event cancellation occurs due to organizer-level constraints, revised credit or refund communication will be issued.
Any refund dispute should be submitted in writing with transaction evidence for review under company policy.
