  1. Phase 1 — Zonal Group Stage

Each academy plays every other academy in their zone in a round-robin format. Points are awarded for wins, no results, and ties. NRR (Net Run Rate) is used to separate teams on equal points. All matches follow the T20 format under official playing regulations with on-field umpires.

  2. Phase 2 — Knock-Out Ladder

The top 2 academies from each zone qualify for the knock-out stage. The ladder includes Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and a Grand Final. Match results are verified by umpire scorecards before being published.

  3. Grand Final and Awards

The two winning semi-finalists compete in the Grand Final. Awards for Player of the Match, Best Batter, Best Bowler, Emerging Player, Fair Play, and Champion Academy are presented at tournament close. All awards are based on verified match records.
